Indivisable: Not long now…
Indivisible is a new action RPG being developed by the independent Lab Zero Games and is expected to be released in 2018. The studio has crowd-funded an impressive £2m for the concept since 2015 and, after a year or so of development, they released a playable demo in mid-2016. If you’ve played this already then you’ll obviously have a good idea on the plot and style of gameplay.
Indivisible’s hero is Ajna, who possesses a set of magical powers that she cannot explain. The story is set to be a journey of discovery through a massive Metroidvania style in-game world in an attempt to unearth the origin of her special skills. With fast-paced, asian-inspired gameplay mechanics, Indivisible promises beautiful cartoon graphics, team based adventure and the much-loved Final Fantasy style turn based battle system. We’re set for a fresh take on the subgenre and the introduction of a much-needed female protagonist in a coming of age plot.
